Delivery Policy

The Perfume Specialist delivers products available on this website to Malta and Gozo and currently does not ship internationally.

The Perfume Specialist generally delivers ordered products to Malta within 2 business days (excluding weekends) to the address named by the customer in Malta. The Perfume Specialist generally delivers ordered products to Gozo within 5 business days (excluding weekends) to the address named by the customer in Gozo.

Merchandise is delivered by The Perfume Specialist. If the delivery time cannot be met, The Perfume Specialist will notify the customer and inform him of the estimated delivery date.  The Perfume Specialist is entitled to fulfill the order in partial deliveries. Reserves and retains the right not to fulfil the order if the ordered merchandise is not available at all or at an acceptable time, or cannot be delivered due to lack of quality. In this case, The Perfume Specialist will notify the customer without delay and refund any payment already made. The Perfume Specialist reserves and retains the right to supply later models in lieu of the ordered merchandise, provided they also fulfil the agreed specifications and are not more expensive than the ordered merchandise. The Perfume Specialist is responsible solely for the delivery of orders. Any local customs charges, local taxes etc. being imposed at local level is the responsibility of the customer.

When the customer meets the minimum order value of €50 there are no delivery costs within Malta and Gozo. However, when spending less than €50 the delivery cost within Malta and Gozo is €5.
